Digitodontics International Academy

Digitodontics International Academy (DIA)

DIA is not a traditional academy with a physical location for its courses. It is rather a digitized-focus academy that stands for high quality education, conception, and publishing in the field of oral and maxillofacial rehabilitation. It is led by an international network of highly qualified oral and maxillofacial professionals and educators from European and international dental institutions, international specialist societies, and private practices. DIA is operated as a private academy under French law in the city of Bordeaux, France.

The application of digital technologies plays a vital role in providing access to advanced rehabilitation for patients with oral and maxillofacial defects. Practitioners equipped with those technologies, appropriate attitudes, knowledge, and competence can apply their skills towards providing the most effective surgical and prosthetic rehabilitation. As the advancement of digital technologies is increasing rapidly, it is wise and smart for practitioners to improve and develop their technological skills.

Therefore, DIA is devoted to developing digitized skills for dental practitioners who have a high level of specialized knowledge in the oral and maxillofacial region and are willing to act as leaders of the digital era and cooperate with their counterparts in other dental and medical fields.  Practitioners who are rich in spirit and willing to develop their digitodontics experience by implementing an effective digital workflow for their profession and practices.

Mission

The Digitodontics International Academy promotes the shifting to the digital workflow by supporting the development of best practices in digitodontics (digital dentistry) through education, conception, and publication.

Vision

The Digitodontics International Academy is the recognized global platform for excellence in education, conception, and publishing in digitodontics.
